Mattress Warranty

Mattress: 10-year Limited Warranty 

• What parts are covered?
  The coil springs, box springs, and foundation box are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 10 years.
   
• If defective within 2 years
  We repair free-of-charge.
  Repair or replace with similar parts with no charge except for transportation costs.
   
• If defective within the 2nd to the 10th year
  We repair with charges.
  Charges = (prevailing list price of the product / 10) x (number of ownership years) + (transportation costs).
   
• What is NOT covered?
  - The normal sagging & impression within 1.5 inch
  - Mattress size within +/- 2% limit
  - Damage due to user’s mishandling, excessive pressures beyond normal use, chemical spillage.
  - The infestation of insects & bugs.
  
  

Bedframe: 3-year Limited Warranty 

• What parts are covered?
  Only the wooden structure is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 3 years.
   
• Within the 3-year warranty
  We repair or replace with similar parts with no charge except for upholstery costs & transportation costs.
   
• What is NOT covered?
  - Upholsteries
  - Normal wear & tear
  - Damage due to user’s mishandling, excessive pressures beyond normal use, chemical spillage
  - The infestation of insects & bugs
